UNMENTIONABLES SYMPOSIUM

Los Angeles, CA – April 6, 2019

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

The Department of Interior Architecture at Woodbury University invites you to submit proposals that explore notions of critical interiority and the constructed environment, as well as the format(s) through which such content is generated and presented. Proposals will be double-blind reviewed by a panel of Woodbury University reviewers for presentation at the 2019 Unmentionables Symposium to be held in Los Angeles, April 6, 2019.

Authors are invited to submit proposals and research-driven design projects that explore a wide range of topics covering history, theory, practice, interdisciplinary inquiry, and any other subject of current discourse. Proposals are encouraged to interrogate the relationship of content to form, duration, and performativity. Duels, readings, serenades, movements, quarrels, arias, eulogies, sermons, happenings, fêtes, or other such modes of delivery are welcomed.
